Remove your ice-cream maker bowl from the freezer. pro-tip: it must be in the freezer 24 hours before making or whatever your ice-cream maker directions say.
In your ice-cream container, combine Florida whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, salt and vanilla bean paste.
Churn ice-cream according to the manufacturer’s directions.
When the ice-cream is done churning, remove and separate into 3 containers.
First container: pour the pink lemonade dry drink mix & stir until incorporated. (I used kool-aid brand but you can choose any brand, any flavor)
Second container: pour the blue raspberry dry drink mix & stir until incorporated. (I used kool-aid brand but you can choose any brand, any flavor)
Final container: add 1 drop of red food coloring & 1 drop of blue food coloring to make purple colored vanilla bean ice-cream. stir until incorporated. (you can choose any flavor and customize the color to your preference)
Place all 3 containers into the freezer until firm.
To create 3 separate milkshakes, add 1/4 cup of whole milk & ice-cream to blender. Pour milkshake into the same container.
Repeat above steps for containers #2 & #3. Rinsing the blender between milkshakes is recommended.
Place containers back into the freezer.
Unicorn Milkshake Jar
Frost the rim of 3 milkshake glasses, choosing the width.
Dip or pour sprinkles onto milkshake jar. Pro-tip: place a paper plate underneath the jar to catch loose sprinkles.
Place the decorated unicorn milkshake mugs into the freezer.
Remove milkshake mugs along with the containers of the unicorn milkshake flavors from the freezer.
Assemble the milkshakes.
top with whipped cream and decorate.
Place a metal mixing bowl & metal whisk into the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Remove mixing bowl & whisk, then pour sugar and heavy whipping cream into it.
Whisk until the cream reaches still peaks.
Finally add whipping cream to a pastry bag or canister.
