1TbspSugarOPTIONAL – if using another brand of apples
Peel and core 2 Lady Alice Apples.
Place the peeled & cored 2 Lady Alice Apples in blender.
Add lemon juice.
Blend until smooth. Add 1-3 teaspoons of water if needed.
Transfer Apple mixture to a small bowl or container with a lid if you are transferring to another location.
Slice the remaining Lady Alice Apple in half. Then make thin full slices from the center.
Remove any seeds from the center of the apple slices.
Place slices in each Champagne Flute, Pressing the slice up against the inside of the glass. or if transporting this cocktail, rub 1/2 of Lemon across each apple slice. Then store slices in a sealable container.
Place a Tablespoon of the apple puree into the bottom of each champagne flute.
Add 1 ounce of apple bourbon into each champagne flute.
Fill remaining champagne flute with sparkling wine.
