  1. Melt the butter
  2. Add the sugar to the melted butter & stir until sugar is dissolved
  3. In a bowl add the flower, baking powder, milk, heavy whipping cream, egg, vanilla
  4. Whisk the ingredients until there are no lumps
  5. add the melted butter/sugar combination & whisk again
  6. Heat your pan (medium) or electric griddle (350)
  7. once it is hot, brush on butter or use a spray to coat the surface
  8. To make a mini pancake use a heaping Tablespoon of the pancake batter
  9. Top the pancakes with fruit
